Hot tubs that remain lukewarm, minimal shower amenities left in the room!!! It's also tedious navigating the countless stairs, really not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges!!! Consider improving the environmental conditions outside too!!!

We had this stunning breakfast delivered right to our balcony every morning. The way the team took care of us, especially Maria who was basically our personal guide, made the stay unforgettable.

Our stay was delightful with fantastic caldera views from our Superior Suite with Private Jacuzzi. Argie's exceptional service made our mornings special as he delivered breakfast to our balcony. However, the coffee situation was a hassle, and the room felt a bit cramped.

Staying at Nefeles Luxury Suites felt truly special, thanks to the attentive staff and breathtaking views from our room. The only downside was the steep stairs both in the suite and around the property, which can be tricky for those with mobility issues. A lovely experience overall.
